Fischer's Landing

The Fischer's Landing House is a home we designed for a client near Midway, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 3,533 square feet on two levels with an attached three-car garage. The first floor consists of 1,994 square feet with one bedroom, one and a half baths, great room, dining room, study, hearth room, breakfast room, and kitchen. The second floor is 1,539 square feet with three bedrooms, laundry room, and two full baths. The unfinished basement has an additional unfinished area of 1,950 square feet. There are also large front and rear covered porches.
