Switzer House
The Switzer House is a home we designed and built in Harrison County, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 2,443 square feet with an attached three-car garage. The home is a single story with four bedrooms, office, laundry room, great room, dining room, and large kitchen. It has covered porches located in the front and rear of the home.
Woodford House
The Woodford House is a home we designed and built for a client in Woodford County, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 3,173 square feet with a basement level three-car garage. The home is 2,031 square feet on the first floor, with three bedrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The basement has 1,142 square feet of living area with a game room, family room, and office. It also has covered porches located in the front and rear of the home.
Phoenix House
The Phoenix Project involved the design of a single-family residence in Phoenix, AZ. It is a one-story residence 4,130 square feet of living area. It includes a three-car garage, large laundry room, three bedrooms, and a large screened-in rear patio. It is the second residential home design DDG has completed for this client.
Versailles House
The Versailles House is a home we designed for a client in Woodford County, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 4,382 square feet with a three-car garage. The home is 3,075 square feet on the first floor with an additional 1,307 square feet finished in the basement.
Stamping Ground House
The Stamping Ground House is a home we designed and built in Scott County, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 2,308 square feet with an attached two-car garage. The home is a single story with two bedrooms, office, great room, dining room, and kitchen. It also has covered porches located in the front and rear of the home.
Fischer's Landing Home
The Fischer's Landing House is a home we designed for a client near Midway, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 3,533 square feet on two levels with an attached three-car garage. The first floor consists of 1,994 square feet with one bedroom, one and a half baths, great room, dining room, study, hearth room, breakfast room, and kitchen. The second floor is 1,539 square feet with three bedrooms, laundry room, and two full baths. The unfinished basement has an additional unfinished area of 1,950 square feet. There are also large front and rear covered porches.
Owen House
The Owen House is a home we designed and built for a client in Owen County, KY. It is a single-family residence with a total living area of 2,202 square feet. The home is 1,260 square feet on the first floor, which consists of the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The basement is an additional 942 square feet of living area with two bedrooms and a family room. It has covered front and rear porches.

The first floor contains three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living room, dining room, pantry, and kitchen. The basement is an additional 2,223 square feet of unfinished space. The home has covered front and rear porches.
